Where is my package?

Shipment Confirmation:

Once you place an order during the work days, it usually takes up to 24 hours for you to receive an email notification with your tracking information provided in it.

In case you did not receive an email, try looking into the spam folder, or contacting us to provide you with the tracking number.

 

Shipment:

For domestic orders, we use USPS shipping service and for international orders, we may use USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS shipping services.

 

Deliveries:

For domestic shipments, very often USPS will leave your package In/At the Mailbox or May leave it on the porch. Sometimes it happens that the package would be left in your local postal office. In case you got a delivery notification or tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you cannot find it, we highly suggest you contact your postal office first as they are move qualified and familiar with your exact delivery situation.

 

For international shipments, it may happen that before receiving a delivery, you may receive notification about Customs & Duties that need to be paid. Cooperate with your local delivery agency and Customs for Custom Clearance. Import Tax is completely under your Country's control, therefore get to know processes before shipping internationally.
