Our Hemp Oil Extract is a liquid that you place under the tongue using a dropper.
For best results we suggest the following:
DIRECTIONS FOR USE / RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
- Shake well before using.
- Place 1/2 dropper under your tongue twice per day. (Morning and at bedtime.)
- Hold the liquid there and wait 2 minutes before swallowing.
- Avoid drinking liquids for 5+ minutes after taking Nesa's Hemp Oil.
- Increase or decrease the dosage based on your results.
- Many people prefer a smaller dose (5-7 drops) in the morning.
- Include a mid-day dose if needed.
