Do not place an order if you're planning to cancel it. In case, plans have changed and you must cancel your order, you may do it before it has been shipped. In order to cancel your order, please contact our live support or email us at support@nesashemp.com as soon as possible and if we make it on time before it has been fulfilled by our third party fulfilment partners, we will cancel it and refund in full.
Keep in mind, order cancelation is not guaranteed and if it happens that your order has been already shipped and there is too late for the cancelation, and you still wish to proceed with return, you'll have to follow our Return & Refund policy.
